At MailPanel Pro, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and the process for requesting one. This policy applies to all MailPanel Pro subscription plans: Solo ($149/mo), Agency ($349/mo), and Empire ($799/mo).

MailPanel Pro offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on any subscription plan. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund of your payment within 14 calendar days of the date your subscription began — no questions asked.
This guarantee is designed to give you enough time to fully explore the platform, connect your servers, test domain deployments, and evaluate whether MailPanel Pro meets your needs.
To request a refund, simply contact our billing team within 14 calendar days of your payment date. Your refund request must be received within this window — the date of your payment is Day 1.
Valid payment method: The refund will be credited to your original payment method. If your card has been canceled or is no longer valid, please contact our billing team to arrange an alternative.
The 14-day guarantee applies to each payment individually. If you wish to request a refund for a renewal charge, your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of that specific renewal payment date.
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Your access to the Service continues until the end of the current paid period.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
Send an email to billing@mailpanelpro.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]". Please include your full name, the email address on your account, and the date you subscribed. Optionally, let us know the reason for your request so we can improve the product.
We will verify your account details and confirm your eligibility under this policy. We may ask for the last four digits of the payment card used, or other identifying information, to protect against fraudulent refund requests.
Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email from our billing team. Your account will be closed at the time of the refund — you will lose access to the Service immediately upon confirmation of the refund.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of confirmation, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. We have no control over the processing time on your bank's end once the refund has been initiated.

Fraudulent chargebacks (disputes filed against legitimate charges that do not qualify for a refund under this policy) may be reported to relevant fraud prevention services.
We understand that unusual situations can arise. In cases of documented service outages, critical bugs that substantially prevented your use of the platform, or other exceptional circumstances outside your control, please contact billing@mailpanelpro.com to discuss your situation. We evaluate exceptional cases on an individual basis and may, at our sole discretion, offer account credits, partial refunds, or extended billing cycles as remedies.
We are committed to being fair. If you have a legitimate grievance, please reach out before assuming a refund is unavailable — we would rather resolve the issue and keep you as a customer.
MailPanel Pro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes will not affect refund rights for subscriptions already paid prior to the policy change date. Your continued subscription after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
